What about Black?

Black, the color that technically is not a color, can add so much drama to a room.  Used sparingly as an accent, or displayed in large doses, black certainly makes a statement. The all black kitchen is a bold design decision and makes for a striking space.

But, what if you aren’t so brave?  Introduce black as an accent and watch everything around it pop! The painted black island featuring the Chroma door style and the black back painted glass provide the visual drama in this kitchen pictued below.  The Moda door style in Quartersawn Oak, with a Cashew finish are the perfect neutral complement.

Another way to add black into the design is with appliances.  Instead of the usual stainless steel, a beautiful black range provides the focal point in this kitchen.

Even the smallest black accent gets noticed in this gorgeous bath, featuring the Chapel Hill Panel door style in Classic White paint.  The black faucets tie everything together beautifully and make this room a standout.
